Jamie Alves-Ferreira
Jamie leads The Foundation Kings and is the first person many Toronto homeowners meet: he runs on-site assessments, plans each project with the engineer, and talks neighbours through the process on semi-detached and row-house jobs.
Director of Operations
Sergio Ferreira
Sergio runs the crews on site: sequencing the pins, keeping the basement clean and safe, and making sure every section matches the drawings before concrete goes in.

Farzad Vafaei
Farzad brings more than 10 years of marketing experience to The Foundation Kings. He oversees how the company shares its work, including the guides on this site, so Toronto homeowners can plan with real information.
